Are you an engaging and creative History teacher with experience in delivering at secondary level? If so, we want to hear from you! We are currently working alongside a mixed secondary in Hillingdon as they look to appoint a teacher of History on a permanent contract from February. Standard teaching duties apply, including pastoral responsibilities and curriculum development. 

The successful candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status, QTLS or an overseas teaching qualification. This is a full-time position, but part-time applicants will also be considered. Candidates are also expected to have some experience teaching Humanities, particularly Religious Education.

The school is hoping to attract an inclusive individual with high expectations of their students, who is committed to maximising the rates of progress.  They will be a strong communicator who can demonstrate a passion and enthusiasm for teaching and learning and a commitment to their own professional development. 

The vacant position is offered as a full time, fixed term or permanent contract.
