The majority of the roles we work on are permanent teaching positions in secondary schools in the south east of England. 

Our client schools have a wide range of vacancies right across the age groups and curriculum. They often come to us before advertising their roles.

The changes to England’s teacher recruitment and retention strategy mean that we no longer talk about NQTs (newly qualified teachers) – instead, the early career framework underpins a two-year induction period for ECTs’ (early career teachers’) professional development in early career teacher jobs. The aim is to improve the training and development opportunities available to teachers.
