When quizzed about his role, Josh identifies as ‘a young Patrick Vieira’! Apparently this makes him ‘the driving force behind the Hourglass Education machine!’

Josh left Sheffield Hallam University with a BA (Hons) in Media Studies and started his career in banking. He had not considered working in education recruitment, but we were happy to introduce him to the idea. One of his career highlights must be the part he played in one of the most successful recruitment drives in Hourglass history.
