As a parent himself, Matthew takes education recruitment very seriously. He knows that all schools want to find talented teachers who are right for them, so his starting point is to gain an in-depth understanding of each client school. He says the secret of being a great recruiter is understanding what that school needs, and being able to think creatively about how to find those people.
